Salesforce Technical Architect

The Salesforce Technical Architect will be responsible for leading all technical aspects of delivering a Salesforce project to include pre-sales scoping and estimation, resource identification, development and delivery. The candidate is expected to have extensive experience in each phase of the software/systems development lifecycle (SDLC), specifically in enterprise applications. This candidate should also have expert experience with Salesforce.com architecture.
 

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing effort estimates for all technical components on a project

• Assist in completion of statement of work deliverables, cost, and timeline

• Building a project plan for the technical track of project, including build, test, and deployment

• Advising the client and project team on design options and recommendations

• Leading design discussions with the client & developers

• Building complex modules of the custom development solutions

• Providing best practices on general code/UI/integration design and deployment

• Providing best practices for technical aspects of Salesforce configuration, ETL, and data migration/integration

• Overseeing all technical deliverables and ensuring they follow CSS Tec’s methodology and best practices

 

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in solution design, particularly with Salesforce.

• 3+ years of experience in software development and/or programming design and systems management

• 5+ years of Salesforce implementation experience

• 3+ years of technical team leadership experience

• Familiar with onshore/offshore delivery model

• Extensive knowledge on force.com platform

• Experience in Salesforce Lightning design system development to include Lightning Components

• Knowledge of the AppExchange ecosystem

• Hands on experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) tools such as Jitterbit, Dell Boomi, Informatica, Scribe, etc to include both setup, mapping, and maintenance
