REINVIGORATING BUSINESS PROCESS
"What started as a simple Sales Cloud revamp has turned into a multi-business unit set of processes. We moved Airtable usage onto Salesforce, eliminating an extra paid tool; took a clunky checkbox process and built a custom solution that expanded from 1 to 3 business units, with easy scalability to accommodate additional business units. We configured their Salesforce user interface to be more user friendly and to take advantage of all the Lightning functionality. We were able to transition their asset and product tracking and reporting from Excel to Salesforce. We helped them navigate integrating their Pardot with Salesforce and trained them on advanced functionalities. Currently working on replacing Timely with a Salesforce app for more advanced time tracking capture and analytics."
