Sr. Field Service Lightning Solutions Engineer

 

The Sr. Field Service Lightning Solutions Engineer will be an expert at understanding our client’s systems and leveraging Salesforce’s Field Service Lightning features to deliver solutions. The Sr. Field Service Lightning Solutions Engineer will enjoy teaching clients about how to use, leverage, and expand, their Field Service Lightning use cases.  Ideal candidates will be a self-starter with: exceptional communication skills, the ability to prioritize and focus on individual tasks, and manage time efficiently while staying organized in a fast-paced environment.


This position has the ability to be 100% REMOTE!


Sr. Field Service Lightning Solutions Engineer Responsibilities Include

 

  • Consults with key client stakeholders to analyze company processes, develop and implement solutions for specific business needs using the Field Service Lightning products and features.

  • Expertise in the following Field Service Lighting features: Work Orders and Work Order Line Items, Service Report Templates, Service Resources, GPS, Scheduler, Time Tracking, Maintenance Schedules, Signature Capture, Assets, Service Appointments, Dispatcher Console, Work Types, and setup and optimization of the FSL Mobile App.

  • Serve as the primary consultant on 1-2 concurrent Field Service Lightning projects responsible for presales scoping, discovery, solutioning, implementation, user training, and documentation. 

  • The ability to guide the client with best practices when it comes to restrictions around the Field Service solution and optimizing features.

  • Collaborate with Salesforce Solution Engineers to provide optimization and best practices to clients across Salesforce clouds/features.

  • Maintain an efficient response time to client communications.

  • Present Field Service Lightning solutions to clients during customer calls.

  • Architect and design Field Service Lightning solutions.

  • Aid Project Manager in managing customer expectations.

  • Aid Project Manager in maintaining project timeline.

  • Communicate with clients and project team members.

  • Stays abreast of leading industry trends and Field Service Lightning/Salesforce best practices; builds and maintains subject matter expertise on new releases and enhancements that may benefit a client.

  • Meets or exceeds specific weekly, quarterly, and annual performance goals associated with position

  • Demonstrates company core values (Respect, Integrity, Coachable, Winning Spirit, Fun, Diversity & Inclusion, Team Oriented)

  • Work with Peergenics Directors to build cross-training program with Salesforce Solution Engineers (scoping, discovery, configuration, documentation, and training).

  • Participation in various technology pilots to enhance Peergenics and customer processes.


To be successful, the Sr. Field Service Lightning Solutions Engineer must have hands-on experience in several Field Service Lightning implementations on the Salesforce platform as well as:

  • Must have the Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant certification

  • 2+ years’ experience implementing Field Service Lightning in the Salesforce platform.

  • Advanced Flow experience is beneficial

  • Basic knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud is beneficial

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • A history of working in Professional Services/Consulting is preferred.

  • Exceptional communication skills, initiative, and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Proven ability to effectively interact with all levels of individuals (i.e., customers, employees, and management) and in a team environment
