Let’s get into the interview with Liana!
Describe your biggest win at Peergenics.
We have a four square court in our office, so my biggest wins (and countless defeats) have occurred there. Extracurriculars aside, my biggest wins have come from the people I’ve met (teammates, clients, SMEs) that have expanded my horizons and challenged what success looks like. Â

In what areas have you grown the most professionally at Peergenics and how have you seen Peergenics grow as a whole during your time here?
I’ve been lucky to watch Peergenics grow from supporting its first-ever Salesforce consulting client to almost 1,000 completed engagements over the last seven years.

What's a go-to Salesforce tool that makes your life easier from day to day?
There are so many! At the end of the day, nothing brings me more value than the core Sales Cloud functionality.

What culturally stands out about the Peergenics team that breeds success?
It’s a team with zero ego (Salesforce’s weekly product changes keep you humble) who are excited to help clients traverse new terrain.

A quote to live by and why it matters to you.
My all-time favorite quote comes from my high school cross country coach: "Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the fastest lion or it will be killed. Every morning in Africa, a lion wakes up. It knows it must outrun the slowest gazelle or it will starve to death. It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle. When the sun comes up, you'd better be running." - Christopher McDougall

If you could be a guest on any talk show or podcast, what would it be and why?
I’ve always wanted to challenge myself with stand-up classes, so SNL would be a terrifying accomplishment.

If given the opportunity, would you go to space? Why or why not?
If I were to explore another world, I’d rather get scuba certified!

If you could be featured on a song of any musical artist, who would it be and why?
A James Taylor/Taylor Swift collaboration. I am hoping this also means I would be friends with both of them.

What are you most looking forward to and why?
My husband and I are becoming parents in October!Â
