Describe your biggest win at Peergenics.
Wow, that’s tough as there have been so many😊 The biggest win for me would be how we have assembled our all-star team over the years. It’s a huge win to have such an amazing team of Sales Reps, Project Managers, and Delivery Engineers. Everyday they go above and beyond to support our customers. I’m really proud of our strong customer satisfaction rating and the number of long term, repeat clients we have.
In what areas have you grown the most professionally at Peergenics and how have you seen Peergenics grow as a whole during your time here?
I’ve really grown technically on the Salesforce platform. I was able to get my first Salesforce certification last year. Another area I have grown is in Project Management. I have been able to enhance our project management methodology and project tracking tools. This helps to ensure we deliver projects on time and in budget. Peergenics grows every year by adding more complex, larger projects to our portfolio.
What's a go-to Salesforce tool that makes your life easier from day to day?
I’m a big reports guy. I use them every day in Salesforce. The visuals and analytics at my fingertips help me make key business decisions.
What culturally stands out about the Peergenics team that breeds success?
Our team consists of intelligent, interesting, knowledgeable, and hard-working professionals. We are also customer centric and set our customers up for success. Our culture is a combination of all these characteristics and then add a tablespoon of fun. Our tenure is strong, and we all love strategizing on Salesforce solutions.

It’s not the number of breathes you take in life that matters, it’s the number of moments that take your breath away that count!
If you could be a guest on any talk show or podcast, what would it be and why?
I’m a huge Philadelphia sports fan so it would be a podcast with the current best athletes in Philly.
If given the opportunity, would you go to space? Why or why not?
Heck yeah! I’m always up for once in a lifetime experiences. I’m curious if the gravity on the moon would help fix my slice in golf😊
If you could be featured on a song of any musical artist, who would it be and why?
My daughter Ava is a singer. I love hearing her sing 😊 This would give me another opportunity to listen to her!
What are you most looking forward to and why?
I’m looking forward to watching my kids continue to be successful in life. Whether it’s coaching/watching their sporting activities, going to a musical concert, attending a ballet/recital, or watching musical theater….I look forward to all of their activities. I’m their #1 fan! I’m also looking forward to taking Peergenics to the next level by driving growth and increasing the Peergenics brand with Salesforce.
